Hello Friends!
Did you see the forecast for Sunday? Lots of rain! (Pray for those on the Gulf affected by the hurricane!) So, we're moving our Fall Picnic indoors to the Ickes Family Life Center! Same time (1:00–4:00pm), same food, and the same opportunity to enjoy an afternoon together.
If your plans for Sunday have changed, would you help us out by canceling your registration or replying to this email? This helps us know how many to set up for. Thanks!
How is Ephesians hitting home for you?
I've said this before, but the continual, consistent preaching of these foundational truths continues to strengthen my understanding of the crazy amazing gift we've been given in becoming part of God's family! It's also sobering to remember that with this gift come responsibilities. Grace is freely given, and now we get to live in response to that grace, believing and doing what we've heard from God's Word.
How are you changing as God works in your life through the truths we're learning in Ephesians? We would love to hear your story!
Last Sunday, Pastor Aaron invited all of us to consider sharing our stories (yes, even those of us who are introverts!). There is something powerful and encouraging the Holy Spirit does as we testify to God's goodness in our lives. Our stories are shining victories in a dark world, and they show how much Jesus truly is The One & Only!
Would you share yours? Click here: https://ticsms.co/fcstory or reply to this email.
Let's pray for one another today: those on the Gulf, those who are hurting, confused, lost, & far away. And, let's pray that Ephesians falls on our dry bones and raises us to life.
See you Sunday!
